Dave is a graduate of Wall High School and began his automotive career in 1995 while attending Brookdale Community College’s Automotive Technology Program. From the outset, he dedicated himself to mastering emerging automotive technologies, investing countless hours in advanced training and professional development. His commitment to excellence has earned him the distinction of ASE Advanced Master Automobile Technician, holding certifications in A1–A9 as well as advanced credentials in Engine Performance (L1) and Hybrid/Electric Vehicle Technology (L3). Recognized for his diagnostic expertise, he is regarded as a leading authority in complex troubleshooting.
In 2002, Dave opened Autobahn Automotive, setting the tone for the shop’s unwavering commitment to technical excellence, honest service, and strong ethical standards. Having worked in environments where integrity was often compromised, Dave built his business on the promise that quality and ethics would never be sacrificed.
Outside the shop, Dave is an avid cuboid puzzle enthusiast and an accomplished bass guitarist with a local cover band, bringing the same passion and precision to his music as he does to his work.
Ryan grew up in Toms River, NJ, and attended Toms River High School East. He completed an associate degree in business management/administration and is currently three classes away from a bachelor’s in computer science and mathematics. He lived in Las Vegas and Los Angeles, where he worked on car commercials while traveling the US and Canada.
Ryan has been in the automotive industry for close to 12 years and has worked in various facets of the industry, such as car detailing, automotive technician, service advisor, sales, and finance, but always worked with German manufacturers.
When not at work, Ryan spends his time on the water, playing with his jeep in the woods, mountain biking, landscape photography, doing yard work, enjoying time with his girlfriend, tracking thunderstorms, and is an avid follower of technology and computers.
Kristen is the initial point of contact at Autobahn Automotive, her cheerful attitude is matched by her great attention to detail. Kristen brings non-automotive experience to Autobahn Automotive, fostering an approachable and friendly experience with clients and vendors, turning them into lasting relationships.
Born, raised, and currently residing in Point Pleasant, Kristen attended Rutgers University and graduated with a degree in Psychology. Her spare time is devoted to watching & playing soccer, enjoying the beach, and rooting on the New York Jets and New Jersey Devils.
