Dave and the staff at Autobahn are extremely friendly and knowledgeable about european cars. The shop is beautiful and they provide the highest level of service.
Everyone is extremely professional and friendly. the facility from the front desk to the waiting area to the work area is completely immaculate. I would highly recommend their services.
Great customer service and work. My daughters 2001 porsche boxster had starter issues and the had the issue identified, parts ordered and completed in 2 days. They also worked directly with my warranty company which I really appreciated. Hopefully no more issues with the car but if we do we will be going to Autobahn.
Really great, small place. They absolutely know what they're doing and are happy to talk with you about your car. Great experience.Edit: They apparently have a new larger location now in Wall, which I'm happy to hear! Thanks for the heads up!
I’ve been having issues with my BMW 3 series since I had purchased it. These guys FINALLY nailed down the issue and fixed it. Runs better than when I purchased. Staff is friendly, accommodating, and all around great people. They gave me a loaner car and all work was finished in one day. Better prices & better service than the dealership. I’d give 10 stars if I could.
Nice Friendly people. Great service. Immaculate shop.I would never take my car anywhere else. Thank you Dave. I am confident you will keep my old Mercedes alive longer than me.👍
The first time I went to visit, anticipating a car repair, I was welcomed by the owner, Dave, who graciously showed me around and discussed the services provided. I was instantly impressed with the cleanliness of the bay area occupied with high end German metal. I genuinely felt confident that this is my new friend.
Enough kind words could never be said about Dave and his shop. They have been nothing short of a pleasure to work with during the entire process of getting our classic Mercedes back on the road. Looking past the beautiful shop, and pleasant waiting area is a group of people who are honest and just great at what they do. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. You care about your car, so take it to the place where the people working on it care about it too.
I definitely found my new favorite Indy shop. Very professional, sophisticated, and trustworthy shop. The reviews speak for themselves. Dave installed new angel eye bulbs on my BMW 335i for an amazing price. I was informed that I had a brake light out, which I had no idea of, and it was replaced free of charge. I’ll be back again soon. this is definitely my favorite shop out of the many I’ve been to in the jersey shore area!
I recently relocated to NJ from the west coast, and was looking for a reputable indy repair shop to service my BMW. I found Autobahn online and have been taking my car here for the past two months and am very pleased with their service and prices. Everyone from Dave (the owner) to Emily at the front desk, to all of their mechanics, are extremely professional, caring and organized. I have owned BMW’s for 20 years and have rarely had mechanics with such a vast knowledge base of these vehicles. My car is at the 100,000 mile mark and needed a lot of routine maintenance, from fluid flushes to belt replacement and rear brakes. All of the above were completed in a timely manner, with everything being explained to me up front, and even a nice new German import loaner car provided. I’ve even been brought out into the work bays to be shown what they were doing as well as potential things to watch for down the road. Btw, the entire place, including the garage, is immaculate. You could eat off of their floors. They use quality German and OEM parts if specified, and their labor prices are about what you’d pay at the dealer. The biggest difference being, I trust Dave and the staff to do the necessary work needed and nothing else, and to do it right the first time. I have recommended this shop to several of my colleagues- all of whom have been equally impressed. You will not find a better German import independent repair shop in New Jersey.
Let me premise by saying I have never taken the time to write a review, but the professionalism of this organization inspires me. I have been a customer of David’s for five years. He always makes me feel valued, taking the time necessary to address any of my concerns. Dave will advise me when he feels the work is necessary in order to prevent further damage, and what actions are not immediate. He will keep the costs as low as possible, double checking possible warranties on parts and at times discounting labor costs when much work needs to be done to my used car. David is very personable, making me feel like a friend. In short, this is a man of integrity and honor. His new shop in Wall Township is extremely clean, and the free WIFI makes it possible for me to complete my professional and personal tasks. The free drinks and snacks make the wait seem shorter. A much better experience than my local BMW dealer, and at a better price. Go to Autobahn once, and you will never go anywhere else again!
I’m so impressed with Autobahn Automotive. Never have I dealt with a shop that showed so much professionalism as well as know how about foreign cars. Dealership had my car for over a month and a half and couldn’t diagnose my problem but suggested I buy a $2,700 part that “might” fix my problem. Brought my BMW over to Dave and his team and within an hour they diagnosed the issue and the cost was under $600. These guys and girl have earned a customer for life.
